William Henry

William Henry had some interesting things to say. He mentioned that President Bush in his 2001 inaugural address spoke of angels in the whirlwind directing the storm. Henry seemed to tie it to some off-world entities directing humans in the affairs of the world. Hmm. So, I faxed President Bush and asked what he meant. I await his response with bated breath. (See below.)

The other item of interest were Henry's comments that from above the three pyramids on the Giza plateau look like crosses, and that the Great Pyramid is widely known as the "empty tomb." George's response to this bombshell was, "good point." I think it was a point that needed to be followed up. Henry suggests (personal communication) that if we want to further research the topic we read his book/DVD, "EGYPT: THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH."

Question For President Bush

In your 2001 inaugural speech you quoted from a letter John Page wrote to Thomas Jefferson, '"We know the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong. Do you not think an angel rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm?"'

In the next to the last paragraph of your speech you say, “This work continues. This story goes on. And an angel still rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm.”

What is meant by “an angel rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm?”

Change Of HeART

Oh Art. You shocked us so; your marriage, the impending more to another country. I felt as if I was losing something important in my life. You won’t be there in the “high desert in the middle of the night.” No more tales of lost cats that just happened to find you. No more 100 foot tall antenna. Is there a HAARP in the Philippines? Do they have UFO’s and alien implants? Chemtrails and big foot? Can you make new memories for us?

I wonder if it is wise to make such a drastic change so soon after Ramona’s passing. You say that you have done things like this before and everything worked out. I hope that it works out for you this time too; and for us.

Maybe our dismay at your marriage and move says more about us than about you. We don’t want to give up the familiar and comforting.

Something you said when people asked how you could give up your home and all the neat things you have acquired over the years impressed me. You said that it was just “stuff.” That is a huge statement that everyone should contemplate.

You shared your self with us and invited us into your life; we are enriched by the experience. We want the best for you, but are afraid of losing you. Please say it won’t happen.

FBI Monitors Contactees

Nick Redfern has come up with a great way to show that the “government” knows about, is interested in and has investigated UFO contactees. He filed freedom of information act requests on people who have had contact experiences. What he found confirms, what contactees have claimed, that the government, in this case the FBI, has monitored and investigated the phenomenon by interviewing contactees, attending UFO conferences, and, he speculates, passing themselves off as contactees. Redfern also claims that at least some of the men-in-black are FBI agents.

It seems that he could only get information through FOIA if the contactee of interest was deceased. However, anyone can file an FOIA on themselves. Now, if all those contactees and abductees would file FOIA’s and send the information to Redfern we would have a good idea of how involved the government is in the “visitor” phenomenon.

Redfern suggests that, at least in the beginning, agents were interviewing contactees to learn what was going on as they themselves didn’t know what exactly was happening. Wouldn’t it be interesting to know if the FBI or other government officials are still keeping tabs on contactees? On abductees?

Ancient Mysteries and Altered States

Wow, that was refreshing. Philip Gardiner is not afraid to investigate ancient mysteries and doesn’t need ET’s to explain the ancient technologies, such as the pyramids, sphinx, Sumerian civilization, etc. Says that people are clever and in a pinch will figure things out for themselves. After listening to a lot of C2C guests and reading a few books, I am beginning to come around to that opinion also.

I haven’t read any of Philip Gardiner’s books but it would be interesting to see just how he explains some of the ancient mysteries; domesticated cereal grains for instance.

He mentioned an author, sorry, I didn’t get the name, who says he can show how the ancients built the pyramids with pulleys and levers, and claims that white powder gold is really just salt. He sounded convincing until those last two statements; they just don’t do it for me. But, one can’t be right about everything.

The more novel and interesting explanations for the how and why of ancient knowledge were of the inner journeys that the ancients took. They entered altered states of consciousness through natural methods and with the help of plants. In these states they often saw snakes, a vision common to all who enter. In man’s waking life he externalized what he saw in his altered state, thus, the snake, or more properly the serpent, as an archetype and object of worship. Many things seen in altered states of consciousness became externalized, and man created his visions in the physical world. You see a crystal palace in your vision and create a cathedral on earth. It’s called inspiration.

God a Fundamentalist?

So, Father Rama Coosmaraswamy thinks that God sent his son, but not his daughter, to earth to save mankind because God prefers men to do His work. Father C. didn’t quite put it that way; it was more along the lines of women can’t be priests because Christ was a man so only men can be priests. Of course, he says, that doesn’t mean that women aren’t holy. And of course, he thinks highly of women. And of course, the Holy Mother is revered. It’s just that women, by God’s decree, can’t do what men can do. Well, yes, women can’t do some things that men can do based on biological restraints, but to pretend that women can’t be priest, because that is the way God wants it, is the height of male arrogance.

Further more, do you think that maybe God sent his son because no one in the male dominated world would listen to his daughter? Do we know that at some point God didn’t send his daughter?

The Dollar, The Debt and China

Have you heard people on Coast and Dreamland talk about the possible collapse of the economy, China buying our debt, and other countries abandoning the dollar? Did it scare you? Well, it did me and I don’t even know what all that means, so I asked my husband who knows about financial matters if we need to worry about these things. As a double check on my husband’s thinking I got the opinion, and he emphasized that it was his opinion, of our stock broker, the only professional expert I know.

It was hard for my husband to answer me about the economy collapsing because he said it wouldn’t happen. But, he finally managed to say that if we experienced something like a depression, our money would be worth less (not to be confused with worthless), but things would cost less. And, if our economy collapsed, so would the economies of other countries, so no need to worry about other countries taking advantage of us when we are down. Stockbroker: Agrees, and adds that a depression isn’t going to happen in the foreseeable future.

China buys our debt. I never knew what that meant. It means that the Chinese are buying U.S. government bonds, just like Americans buy bonds. The U.S. doesn’t pay the highest rates of interest compared to some countries only because other country’s bonds are riskier. So, why would China want to get rid of our bonds? They pay well and are a lot less risky than those of many other countries. And, how would they get rid of them? Can you take a U.S. saving bond and demand your money back? No, you get your money when the bond matures. So will China. Stockbroker: China and many developing countries mostly in Southeast Asia don’t want to invest in their country because they don’t trust it; they put their money in banks who in turn buy our bonds which aren’t risky as are those of most other countries and pay better rates of interest. The U.S. is a good investment; there is really no where else for them to put their money. Also, we buy more from them than they buy from us and this money gets put in their banks which buy our bonds. We need them as much as they need us. They could sell their U.S. bonds and get the money, but who would buy them at top price? They would have to sell at a loss, and why would they do that? Over the years the trade imbalance may even out, the dollar may depreciate and the euro and yen may rise and things will equal out.

If other countries go to the euro it won’t make much, if any, difference. Most countries accept many countries currency. “Global assets go where the best returns are. Political boundaries are a minor nuisance at best to the flow of commerce.” Stockbroker: The euro is not as strong as the dollar, not as vibrant, and the return on the euro is not as high as it is on the dollar. In 2005 the euro eroded, next year the dollar might go down and the euro and yen go up which would help the euro in the long term, but there would be no drastic changes. China might buy some euros to diversify. The long term trend for the dollar is downward which would make foreign goods more expensive, but it doesn’t hurt us. Unless of course you plan on buying a Mercedes or French wine.
